AVAILABILITY

Date selections are based on instructor availability. Request a quote via website form or email us at events@beadelightfulcakes.com before paying your deposit to book your event.

 

DEPOSITS and PAYMENTS

A $100 non-refundable payment is due at time of invoice to secure your date and instructor.  This will go towards your final bill unless you cancel your event

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled date.

Payments must be made online with credit card or other forms of payment accepted by Square.

A customized online payment link is created for all confirmed mobile parties upon receipt of the deposit.

Failure to receive final payment prior to the scheduled date of your party will result in a cancellation.

PARTICIPATION POLICY

All parties require a minimum participation level.

-4 person minimum per booking.

— 9 or less people requires an additional $50 booking fee.

The final count and payment must be given 1 week prior to event.

 

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Refunds are provided for any additional payments made (less the deposit) if cancellation is made in writing within 72 hours prior to the event.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event.

No refunds for “no show” participants.

Applicable refunds will be provided via Square and may take 5-10 business days to receive.

 

RESCHEDULING

A reschedule fee of $50 is required to change the date of your event once an original date booked.

 

PHOTOS and VIDEOS

Bea Delightful takes photos and videos of all sessions and its participants for use on social media, to share with participants, and for marketing and promotional purposes.

By paying for our services, you are acknowledging your awareness of this and granting permission for photos/videos to be taken during your event to be used for the noted purposes.

 

CAKE CLASSES

2 hours with guided instruction and tips

A personal 6-inch pre-baked single layer cake for each guest to decorate, unless otherwise noted for specialty classes

Frosting

All tools and materials for use

To-go boxes to take home cake

*Vegan & Gluten Free options available upon request (additional fee)

Total instructor time allotment is 2 ½ hours.

Keep in mind that a discussion will need to be had about the time frame of your party and when should our instructor start.

A small break will be given by instructor in the middle of the session to allow people to refresh themselves.

If there are other interruptions during your party and our instructor cannot finish in the allotted time an additional $50 per every 30 minutes will be assessed and need to be paid before their departure.

KIDS CUPCAKE PARTIES

—Kids Cupcake Party $15 per child, plus $60 for instructor (if one is desired)

If you are looking for an instructor.  The class will be an 1 hour long

Each child receives 2 cupcakes to decorate (supplies included)

Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult.

​​CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS

Provide the location and appropriate amount of space to accommodate the number of guests you anticipate for your event.

Ensure final payment is received by you or your guests no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled date.

Provide tables and chairs to accommodate guests all parties.

Ensure location is available at least 1 hour prior to the start time of your mobile party experience to complete set up / prep activities.

Inform guests of the importance of being timely for the scheduled start time of their creative experience.

Provide guests with food and beverage options (if desired).
