Q: What allergens may be found in your shop?

Q: How far in advance should I order the cake?
A: For ideal circumstances, we ask for orders at 30 days in advance. We can help you if the order is made within a short notice, but your choice of cake design could be limited.
Q:What is your payment policy?
A: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and order. The deposit for a regular cake order under $100 is $20 . If you have paid in full you can receive a refund minus the cost of all supplies already purchased, expenses incurred, and the deposit for the date, if the cancelation is made 3 days before the due date.
Payment can be made by cash, credit card (Visa or Master card, and Discover) or CashApp.
Your date is not confirmed until we have received your deposit. Your order is not confirmed until you’ve paid in full.
Any order over $300.00 and/or that requires delivery must be paid for in full at least 14 days in advance with a 50% deposit at the time of ordering.
Q: What if I need to make changes to my order?
A: The final cake and or product design are due at least one month before your event. There shall be no changes to the design of the order within three weeks of the event date. Any changes after full payment is made are subject to a change in price and possible fees which must be paid prior to the event by cash or cash app. All changes are subject to availability.
Q: Do you have anything sugar-free?
A: The amount of sugar we use in our desserts is done in good taste; however, we do not use sugar substitutes at this time. We can lessen the sugar content of certain cakes, but you have to inquire which ones.
Q: Do you make custom-shaped cakes?
A: Yes, we can recreate almost any shape and size. For custom-shaped cakes, we ask that you call us so we can walk you through the process.
Q: What kind of fish is used in your Haitian patties?
A: We use a salted dried codfish called Bacalao. This is used in many traditional island dishes.
Q: Can I customize my cake with a message, and what cost?
A: Yes, messages are available with all cakes at no cost.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, we deliver. Minimum delivery charge is $15.00. If the destination is more than 15 miles, we will charge $2.00 per mile.
Q: Do you ship your desserts?
A: Due to the delicacy and freshness of our products, we can only ship a limited amount of products. Please call us to see what products can be shipped.
Q: How do I go about ordering a wedding cake?
A: At this time our space is very limited, so we are not able to do wedding cakes at this time.
Q: How are your cakes priced?
A: Our cake prices vary on the size of the cake and the design you choose. Our standard cakes are beautiful as is, but if you would like to have custom décor, we can accompany those needs for an additional cost. As prices may vary, please call and we will be glad to discuss it with you. You can also text us a photo of a cake you would like for a quote.
Q: What is the smallest two-tier cake that you can make?
A: The smallest two-tier cake will serve 35 people.
Q: What is the smallest three-tier cake that you can make?
A: The smallest three-tier cake will serve 50 people.
Q: Can you add my photos to any cake?
A: yes, we can add photos to any cake for an additional fee
Q: Do you pre-bake your cakes?
A: NO we do not. All our products are baked fresh for every order
Q: Can I order only one dozen mini cupcakes or pastries per order?
A: We offer a large assortment of different pastries that are all made to order so they are not available daily at the bakery. So we ask that the minimum order for our mini pastries is 3 dozen. Our mini pastries can be ready in just 48 hours.

A: Sorry, we do not have any vegan or gluten-free items at this time, but we hope to change that soon.
